Attorney Leonard Zagurskie, Jr. graduated from Duquesne University in 1975.  He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Regent University School of Law in 1998.  He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1998, and then to the Virginia Bar in 1999.  He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and Virginia State Courts.  Additionally, he is admitted to the Middle District of Pennsylvania United States District Court, the Middle District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania United States District Court, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court and the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court and the United States Tax Court, Washington D.C., and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Attorney Zagurskie concentrates his practice in consumer bankruptcy.  His practice also includes Tax Resolution for taxpayers.  His legal experience includes the areas of Social Security Disability; Workers’ Compensation, Estate Planning and Administration, Business law, Disputes, Employment law, Government Contracts, Immigration law, Insurance law, Landlord-Tenant law, Medical Mal-practice, Auto Injury and Personal injury.  Litigation includes Wapples V. Bell-key Apartment Complex for Third-Party Crimes, bank teller wrongful termination, and Personal injury cases were settled out of court.

He served as an officer in the United States Navy Reserves and retired after twenty years.  Mr. Zagurskie was formerly employed for ten years by a private firm as an engineering contractor with the Federal Government.  Attorney Zagurskie served as Corporate Council and General Manager for an engineering corporation in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  He is married to the former Barbara Montanez, the oldest child of Marian & Maria Janczewski of New York City, Barbara is a former medical phlebotomist and healthcare administrator.  She works with him in the law office.  Mr. and Mrs. Zagurskie reside in the county of Lebanon.
